What type of payments do you accept?

Please choose the OFFLINE PAYMENT option at checkout under the PAYMENT section.

All cash payments must be in US Dollars.

Upon order being placed, items will be removed from inventory and set aside until payment arrives.

For Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Orders, Business Checks, Wire Transfers, Bitcoin, Ethereum, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle, please send an email with your order number and preferred method of payment.

If we do not receive an email with your order number within 48 hours of your order being received, it will be canceled.

If you make payment arrangements and payment is not received within 7 days, your order will be canceled.

What is your Shipping, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges policy?

Orders are shipped using USPS Priority.

Ordered products must be returned UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED to be eligible for any refund or exchanges.

If ordered products are returned in UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED conditions, a 100% refund will be given, minus shipping and handling costs.

If we are unable to provide a refund, you may be eligible for store credit given certain circumstances. Please email us with any questions.

What is your Satisfaction Guarantee policy?

We strive to be the best we can be and sometimes we may fall short. If you aren’t satisfied with our service or products, please reach out for immediate assistance. While we may not always be able to replace products with the exact same item, we will do our best to find something similar or provide store credit for use at a later date.

While we wish we could provide everyone with replacements for everything that goes wrong, we just simply can’t do that without going broke.

We will not issue more than one replacement item per order.

We will not issue more than three replacements per customer.

How do I get Coupons and Discounts?

All new customers can use SEEDLING for 10% OFF their first order! Other discount codes can be found on social media or simply emailing us!

Can I get a discount if I purchased an item before it went "On Sale"?

On Sale Items that were previously purchased at Full Price cannot be back-discounted or refunded to meet the current “On Sale” price.

What if I input the wrong address for shipping?

It is your responsibility to input the proper address. Please double check before having your order shipped half way across your city. If you mess up, just send us a message and we'll correct is ASAP.

What about name changes?

Names on may be changed, shortened or abbreviated to avoid concerns at the post office. California Cannabis Flower Farm might be shortened to CCFF.

All seeds sold are for Novelty Use Only. Information and descriptions related to genetics are provided for botanical specimen identification and data collection purposes. Information is not meant to be used for anything other than Novelty Use.
